As you see in a while when Jonathan posts the trends selections, there are 5 qualifiers from the trends(draw in brakcets) –
Dinkum Diamond(16), York Glory(4), Racy (7), Tropics(6) & Ninjago(17).
Looking at http://www.patternform.co.uk the pace should come from Fr Red Eye (3) & Whozthecat (23). Previous winners were drawn in stall 4,18,11,19,15,17,10,10,30,4,2,
From a ratings angle as you would expect for a handicap like this it is pretty tight, Tropics comes out top, York Glory 2nd, Ninjago 4th, Dinkum Diamond 8th, the only one really out of it is Racy so he is out. As no 3 year old has won since 1997 or placed since 1997 out goes Ninjago too, which leaves us with 3 …
