2 winners last raced at Sandown from 7 runners
OTHER FACTORS
14/14 had run at least 6 times over fences
13/14 had won at least 6 times in their careers
SUMMARY
A good race for favourites so that is the place to start especially if they are top rated too. Simply combining those 2 factors over the years has produced 7 winners from just 10 runners for a profit of £6.67
2:55 | HAY | Betfred Grand National Trial (Handicap Chase) Grade 3 Cl1 3m4f CH4 |

HAYDOCK GRAND NATIONAL TRIAL
ODDS
15/15 priced 20/1 or less
FAVOURITES
Just the 2 winning favourites for a loss of -£11.50
TRAINER
Nothing really to go on
AGE
15/15 aged 7 to 11
WEIGHT/OR
An interesting one as top weights have a decent record winning 3 times from 16 runners but those 1-8 lower have NOT won from 32 runners
LAST RACE
5 winners last raced at Chepstow from 26 runners with another 2 placed
11 runners last raced over hurdles, all were beaten
7 runners came from a Grade 1 race and NOT 1 has placed
11/15 finished in the first 2 last time, backing all 81 runners would have produced a profit of +£30.00
OTHER FACTORS
15/15 had finished in the first 2 in at least 1 of their last 3 races
SUMMARY
Not a great race for favourites but we should be looking for a horse that is aged 7-11, finished in the first 2 last time and I would be very keen if that run was at Chepstow. Using those 3 factors has produced 4 winners from just 9 runners for a profit of +£24.50
